Wullie Gibson has been named the new manager of Annan Athletic.
The former Queen of the South manager replaces Peter Murphy, who swapped the Galabankies to become boss at Palmerston earlier this month.
Gibson impressed as a player with Annan, helping the club win promotion to cinch League 1 and ensuring survival in 2023/24.
The 39-year-old enjoyed an extensive playing career with Queen of the South, Kilmarnock and Stranraer before returning to Dumfries.
